A quarterly school holiday program for children and youth provides an opportunity to learn new skills in a fun and creative atmosphere. In 2021, we also have a range of after school art classes, for children aged 5 -16 years.
In Term 1, we welcome new tutors Rick Burkitt (abstract painting classes), Carrie Minnich (ceramics classes) Juliet Tang (ceramics classes) and all the new classes they will bring to the TAC program.
Tresillian has a regular exhibition schedule with a feature artist showing each month.
Current exhibition House Boat shows the work of Elmari Steyn and Shelley Cowper, award winning artists who address Time and Place, Experience and Sentiment, Land and Sea. This exhibition runs until 10 December 2021.
Our first exhibition of 2022 will be Tresillian Studio Artists - 7 studio artists present 7 artworks each, with one addressing the theme of 'Nedlands and what it means to me to base my art practice here'.
