Course Description

Revise and deepen your understanding of, and ability to use, Italian including all its tenses and moods in both oral and written contexts. Designed to follow Italian – Intermediate or equivalent. About the Course This course is designed for students who have completed four terms of each: Italian Absolute Beginners, Italian Beginners Continued, and Italian Intermediate (or equivalent). It aims to revise and deepen your understanding of and ability to use Italian, including all its tenses and moods, in the four areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Classes are structured using a variety of activities. For those with a minimum of 100 hours prior knowledge of Italian. There is an emphasis on the spoken language. Students will also learn all the relevant grammar structures, read and discuss texts, and do written tasks at home. What you need to bring Pen, paper, and any handouts to all classes. Students should have access to an Italian - English dictionary. Material Fee: $10 cash as a contribution towards photocopying for course material.
