Jane Barwell studied Sculpture at Curtin University and after completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Visual Arts at Sydney College of the Arts Jane received an Australia Council Studio in London and travelled to the UK. While there Jane studied Theatre Design and worked for many years for English National Opera as a Scenic Artist.
Jane has taught at WAPAA and ECU and ran the children’s art program at Fairbridge Festival for three years. Jane runs workshops for children in art, science and art history.
